Bio Landfill Disposal
Infrastructure installed to contain biodegrading waste
At our Teesport site we have constructed a landfill specifically for biodegrading waste with the necessary infrastructure to collect the gas that is generated from waste as it decomposes. Leachate collection systems have also been built to contain the decomposition residues so that they can be collected and sent to an appropriate treatment facility.
In 2017 we made an investment decision to install a power generation unit to provide additional electrical power to the grid generated from landfill gas arising on site.
If you have any special requirements such as witnessed landfill disposal we can provide this service to you. Please visit our Team page for contact information.
